    I visited for an eye test. I arrived prior to my appointment time, but had to wait for 20 minutes (after the appointment time) to be seen. The examination was as expected and quite satisfactory. I wanted to keep my current frames and simply have new lenses. I was told this would take 5 days and cost ВЈ140. I thought that this was a long time, but accepted it. I called today to make payment and arrange to collect my glasses, to be told that despite their promise my glasses weren't ready and would likely be another two days. This is, in my opinion, unacceptable and poor service. If I had been told that it would take 7 days at the time of my original consultation I'd have taken my business elsewhere.
